We want every homeowner who reaches Clientcivil Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done at your home, a good first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Clientcivil Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Texas.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
