About Clientcivil Pest Control and How Referrals Work

Who We Are

Clientcivil Pest Control is a referral service. We help homeowners in Princeton and the Princeton area reach independent pest control and wildlife providers. That is all we do.

We are not a pest company. We do not send out trucks or treat homes. The providers in our network run their own businesses and do the work themselves.

Why This Service Exists

Finding a pest provider is hard when you are upset. You might be staring at a nest in the attic or a roach in the kitchen. Search results can feel like noise.

We built this site to slow things down. Pause, then plan. You get plain guidance first, then a simple way to ask for help.

How the Matching Works

1. You send a short request. Tell us what you saw and where. 2. We look for an independent provider in our network who serves your area. 3. The provider contacts you to talk through the problem. 4. The provider inspects your home and gives you a written quote.

You can then say yes, or say no. There is no obligation.

What We Ask of Providers

We expect providers in our network to:

  • Be honest about what they find
  • Explain the plan and the price before work begins
  • Give a written quote
  • Follow label directions and local rules for products and animals
  • Treat your home with respect

Providers carry their own licenses and insurance where their state requires them. Ask to see proof before you hire. Know your limits, and check theirs too.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not perform treatments, trapping, sealing or repairs.
  • We do not set prices. Each provider sets its own.
  • We do not promise a specific result or arrival time.
  • We do not give legal, medical or insurance advice.

Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

Homeowners do not pay us to send a request. In some cases, providers in our network pay a fee for referrals. This does not change your quote or your right to compare options. You choose who to hire.

Safe First Steps You Can Take

Some small jobs are fine for a homeowner. You can clear food, dry damp spots, take out trash and wipe counters. You can also write down what you saw and take photos from a safe distance.

Some jobs are not. Do not handle wildlife. Do not seal an animal inside a wall. Do not mix store-bought chemicals. Bed bug treatment and termite work need a provider's tools, training and protective gear.
